The reason I choose Gateway Bank is because at most banks today, you are just a number. Gateway Bank can offer you anything a large bank can and more — a smile.

Community involvement

At Gateway, we know that our success depends on the success of the neighborhoods in which we do business. That’s why we’ve made giving back to the Mendota Heights and Edina communities an essential part of our culture.

Gateway Gives Logo

With many new associates at Gateway, we decided to recommit and reinforce the importance of giving back to our community. So, on November 24, 2015, Gateway Gives was introduced. This program encapsulates all of Gateway Bank’s volunteering and community events and embodies the community spirit of Gateway Bank.

Gateway Gives includes Adopt-a-Highway, Meals on Wheels, Mendota Heights 5K, Fall Festival, the Holiday Tree Lighting, and many more commitments our associates make on their own.

Whether keeping our environment clean or putting a smile on the face of a child, our associates are dedicated to service—both inside the bank’s walls and out. Gateway also sponsors many projects and events throughout the year, all with the goal of empowering our associates to make a difference in the community.

Through innovation, growth, community involvement, and leadership within the Dakota County Region, Gateway Bank is proud to be recognized as the 2016 Dakota County Regional Chamber 'Small Business of the Year'.
